Privacy policy
1. Who is the data controller
Łukasz Wojno Infinigy, NIP: 7221596727 (“I”, “Decloudify”). Contact for data matters: [email protected].
2. What data I process
When you email me (e.g. [email protected]) I process: your name, email address, company name, the content of your message, and any files you send — typically cloud billing exports (e.g. AWS Cost Explorer CSV), which may contain account IDs, service names and costs.
Please do not send passwords, access keys or personal data of your customers.
3. Why and on what legal basis
- To prepare the free cloud bill analysis you requested and reply to you — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- To keep business correspondence and protect against claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- If we sign a contract — to perform it and meet tax/accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
4. How long I keep it
If we don’t start working together, I delete your emails and files within 90 days of the last contact. If we sign a contract, I keep data for the duration of the contract and as long as required by tax and accounting law.
5. Who processes it on my behalf
- Email hosting: Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Data may be processed in the EU and the USA; transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Website delivery and security: Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN). As my processor, under its own data processing terms, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect this site; transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Website hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany.
I don’t sell your data and don’t use it for advertising.
6. Website
This website doesn’t use analytics or marketing cookies, and all fonts and scripts are served from this site, without third-party requests. The web server logs technical request data (time, requested path, response status, browser user agent) for operation and security. It does not log or store visitors’ IP addresses; those are processed by Cloudflare, as described in section 5.
If you use the light/dark switch, your browser’s local storage keeps only that theme preference. It is set by your own action, is never sent to me, and is not used for tracking, so no consent is needed.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest — write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
8. Changes
I may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
